Do you like to drive tanks over rugged terrain, lob artillery shells into the far hills, and blow up lethal opponents lurking around every bend? If so, then Tank Ace 1944 is the game for you.

In Tank Ace 1944 you command a World War II tank charging to occupy the enemy capitol. Allied and Soviet Tank Aces advance on Berlin; German Aces advance on London and Moscow. At least that’’s what the orders from HQ say. But since you face overwhelming odds and are forced to scavenge supplies as you go, you might just find yourself retreating instead.

The goal of each round of play is to clear the enemy from a map sector and drive them off the far bank of a river so that your side can cross and advance. Skills you will need to accomplish this are a working trigger finger, the ability to navigate West or East (left and right on the overhead map), and driving ability sufficient to crash into other vehicles.

A status panel shows the number of enemies left, rounds remaining, fuel, and armor strength. The last three can be replenished by ramming (not shooting) an enemy truck. If you run out of fuel or armor, or for some reason drive your tank into the water, in addition to an untimely death you will be forced to retreat one sector. If you wipe out the enemies you will advance one sector, retaining any excess supplies you have scavenged. The game ends when you take the enemy capitol, or they overrun yours. Either way the brass will want to have a talk with you.

Download and installation

Maps Updater is a PC application with which you can install the latest Maps 3.0Beta client to your device, and update the maps and voice guidance files. There is no sis file available, because the Maps 3.0Beta client requires the installation of new, compatible maps and voice guidance files.
Even if you have previously installed Maps 3.0Beta, please re-install the newest version of Maps Updater and Map Loader from the download section as many bugs have now been fixed.
Instructions:

1. Ensure that you have the latest PC Suite installed on your computer
2. Download and install Maps Updater to your computer.
3. Connect your device to the computer (PC Suite Mode) and open Maps Updater.
4. If more than one device is connected to the computer, select your device from the list.
5. When Maps Updater has found updates, download them to your device.
6. Accept the installation in your device when prompted on the device display.
7. Please monitor the download to your device as it is likely that it will ask you to click “ok” a few times in order to close applications and continue. Failure to do this will result in a “time out” and incorrect installation to your device.
8. Ensure that installation is fully complete (notification on computer & phone) before opening Maps 3.0 - this can sometimes take a while, but please be patient as the Maps Updater needs to delete the old maps data first.
9. Once complete, open Maps 3.0
Note that earlier versions of Map Loader do not work with Maps 3.0Beta so please install Map Loader 3.0 to add the necessary map(s) to your device.
If your phone is not detected when running Maps Updater, please ensure you run Maps 2.0 once before trying again.

DrJukka Key Lock Clock v0.60 S60v3/v5 SymbianOS9.x Unsigned
Key Lock Clock is a free Clock application that is shown while the device's key lock is on. The idea was inspired by the feature found from E71 & E66.
Wery simple to use, just click the application icon, set the "Clock screen" on, exit the application and lock the key lock normally. Additionally this application can be used as a Table clock when the charger is connected, to enable this feature just set the "Lights on while charging" on. also if you think that the screen lights are too bright, you can adjust it with the "Lights intensity" option.
This version was designed 5th edition touch devices such as 5800 & N97 in mind, but should work just as well with all Symbian S60 3rd edition non-touch devices.


This update fixes to all bugs I have been reported. Tested extensivly with 5800 and now the lights problem as well as crashing with full QWERTY should be fixed.
